This week’s DPS assignment was “10 minutes from Home.” We had to walk, bike, drive or fly exactly 10 minutes from where we live and shoot what’s there. No 9 minute or 11 minute trips. This was the first week that it had gotten past the weekend and I had NO idea what I would be posting (posts must be in by Wednesday). I’m usually a week ahead! So I got home from work Monday night and figured now was the time. I didn’t want to wait till it was completely dark out. I rushed out the door (of course I decided to drive the 10 min) and figured that if I headed toward Forked River, I would end up at one of the lakes when my 10 minutes was up.
